Mentoring at its most powerful supports mentees to develop their innate capacity to make better decisions for themselves. This talk explores how the right question can act as a catalyst for discernment, judgement and autonomy — helping mentees to distinguish what is theirs to decide, develop their own authority and take responsibility for the choices they make. Drawing on Anna's experience as a global coach, mentor and entrepreneur, it asks what it really means to empower rather than direct. Anna’s style of presentation is interactive, and invites creative participation.
