We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in paper forms or via Mailchimp subscription options. If you book an event with use via Eventbrite we store information within Eventbrite.
In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. This is done via the Squarespace platform we host our website on.
We measure and collect information via our Squarespace, Eventbrite and Mailchimp accounts including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
Once we are online with our sales/shop page you will be invited to share personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To be able to send out subscriber emails
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

How we store your information
Our company website is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com ’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Squarespace.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
To keep things clearly defined if you sign up to our Mailchimp newsletter your information will be stored within Mailchimp.
At anytime you can unsubscribe from our Mailchimp via the unsubscribe bottom at the end of our occasional newsletter. Or email us email@example.com
If you make a purchase through our website your information will be stored within Squarespace.com.
If you make a purchase via Eventbrite your information will be stored via Eventbrite.com
We have a CRM via Capsule.com which we use to store client information if you make a purchase with us via our coaching, retreat or other B2C or B2B services.
i.e. you could in fact have data stored with us across a range of platforms and we keep it seperate as each 'transaction' and authorisation of use of your data is specific and unless to tell us we can, we keep it seperate.
